Out of state sellers do not worry if you are unable to get to the house! We might still be able to gather enough information to make an offer without even touring. 

2. We meet you at your house

Our team will come and meet you at your house to evaluate the home. We want this to be simple and easy for you. 

3. Get your offer

Once we finish our property analysis, we will make you a fast offer. We’re happy to further discuss the offer and your questions on the phone or via email. We’ll always get back to you within 24 hours.

4. Close & Get Paid

If you accept the offer, we will schedule a close date of your choice at a local title company.

All the closing costs are on us! You get paid immediately after signing transfer documents. If you are in a rush, we can close in as little as 2 weeks.
